  「Article 10 of the Act on Promotion of the Use of Local Love Gift Certificates」

  ① A franchisee shall not engage in any of the following acts.

  1. Refusing to pay for local love gift certificates or treating the holder of local love gift certificates unfavorably
  2. The act of exchanging the following local love gift certificates or requesting the exchange of money to a franchisee
     • A. Local love gift certificates received without the sale of goods or provision of services
     • B. Local love gift certificates received through transactions exceeding the actual sales amount

  In case of violating this, a fine of not more than 20 million won shall be imposed pursuant to Article 20 of the Act on the Promotion of the Use of Local Love Gift Certificates.
