In accordance with the Framework Act on the Treatment of Foreigners in Korea, a multi-lingual civil service information service center that provides civil service counseling and administrative information necessary for foreigners living in Korea

Provide telephone consultation services in 20 languages (Korean, Chinese, English, Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese, Mongolian, Inni, French, Bangladesh, Pakistani, Russian, Nepal, Cambodian, Myanmar, German, Spanish, Filipino, Arabic, Sri Lankan)

Consultation on immigration complaints and information on convenience of life for foreigners staying in Korea
Support for trilateral interpretation services necessary for the performance of foreigners-related affairs by central administrative agencies, local governments, public institutions, and non-profit private institutions
Support for three-way interpretation service of village lawyer system for foreigners

Automatic Response Service (ARS) Guidelines
- No. 1: Information on the location of immigration and foreign government offices, jurisdiction over each office and working hours
- No. 2: Inquiry on the results of application for visa issuance recognition
- No. 3: Report on the retirement of foreigners and report fax to the place of work for Koreans who work for visiting jobs
